Shipping and Return Policy :
Our number one
goal is customer service and complete
satisfaction. So that we may
provide you with the best customer service please
provide us with complete billing and shipping
information. All orders are processed within 24
hrs. of receipt. We strive to stock adequate
inventory of the products we offer, however, in the
event that an item is on back-order, or discontinued
you will be contacted within 48 hrs with available
alterative product options. We accept
Paypal,
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American express.

continuously and we will respond as soon as we can.
Returns:

We will assist in
any warranty issues, however, all product
warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility
of the manufacture, we are not responsible for
a manufacturers policy and or processing.

We will exchange
any new, unused or undamaged item in the
original package without a
restocking fee within 30 days of original
purchase order date. A 15% restocking fee will
be applied to all returned items that are not
being exchanged for other Pro Quad merchandise.

All credit card
purchases are credited back to original card
used for purchase. All Paypal payments will be
refunded to original
Paypal account used for the purchase

We recommend that
our customers always inure all items purchased
from Pro Quad, through the specific shipping
carrier, for their full retail value. No product
or merchandise insurance for lost, stolen or
damaged items during shipment or delivery will
be provided by Pro Quad Performance LLC.

All returned items
must be shipped via "freight prepaid" by the
customer. Pro Quad Performance LLC does not
reimburse for any return shipment charges.

We do not accept
returns via COD.
