PB-1’s PROVIDE CONFIDENCE AND CONTROL FOR G-OUTS, AND LIFT FOR WHOOPS AND JUMPING.   THE SMILE YOU HAVE RIDING PB-1’s HAS BEEN SAID TO BE THEIR BEST FEATURE.   Fronts: $2000.00 Rear: $1100.00         The PEP “ZERO PRELOAD SYSTEM”  is unique design that has adjustable ride height so the chassis can be set at a low ride height while having long travel.  For example, a vehicle with 12 inches of travel could be set to sit at a height of a vehicle with 9 inches of travel and be adjusted in height up or down from there.  This provides a low center of gravity that increases cornering speed.  The chassis floats on the suspension for maximum weight transfer and traction for faster acceleration off starts, off corners and lift off jumps.  By isolating the chassis from the suspension this way, ZPS reduces impact and fatigue to the chassis and rider.  Smoother and more controllable means faster.  PEP ZPS suspensions have been used to win every class of the Grand National Championships, a first for any suspension company.  All ZPS suspensions come with set-up and fine tuning explanation sheets.   Recommended for “A” and PRO level racing. MASS” SHOCKS.  The “LimiTeD Mechanical Active Suspension System” increases compression damping to prevent chassis roll to increase turning speed, lift for jumps and anti-bottoming control.  They come pre-set from information taken when ordering and  come with set-up and tuning explanation sheets.  Over 30 Championships have been won in the GNC ATV Series, 3 MTEG ATV Championships, 3 SCORE ATV Championships and countless local and regional championships throughout the country.   Recommended for “B”, “A” and PRO level racing. Fronts Starting at: $945.00 Rear Starting at: $950.00       PEP RACE FRONT SHOCKS.  All shocks are custom built from the information we ask when ordering.  They are our entry level high performance shocks with easy spring fine tuning, low maintenance and non adjustable external damping. Internally they have competition proven bump sensitive damping with the stages turned to work with the triple rate springs and crossovers for superior response to small, medium, and larger bumps.  The top two springs have adjustable crossover rings for fine tuning.  Preload is also adjustable.  They are pre-set and generally will not need to be adjusted but can be if desired with use of the set-up and fine tuning explanation sheets.   Recommended for “B” and “C” class amateur racing and play riding. Fronts Starting at: $650.00 Rear Starting at: $825.00         ZPS OEM Shock Mods is a reasonable cost modification that has proven performance winning races and championships in Moto Cross, Cross Country, TT, and Desert Racing.   We need the shock complete with spring seats and clips.  You can send it without the spring.   Single rate all models  $450.00   Dual rate Yamaha YFZ  $700.00       PEP REAR SHOCK MODS.  We modify the stock O.E.M. shock to fit the riders’ needs.  The pistons and shafts are modified to accept “PEP” valving shims which are proven to be the finest quality material for shim type shock applications.  Heat has minimal effect on these shims.  When combined with our stacking and piston mods the ride is compliant and plush.  No aftermarket shock is better!  The O.E.M. shock, when modified have proven to provide the finest ride available.  We have modifies the stock O.E.M shock for the factory racing team efforts of Honda (Desert 3&4 heelers), Suzuki ATV Racing Team and R&D for production use, Yamaha for SCORE Desert Events and Kawasaki (3&4 wheeler closed course MX).  This fact speaks for itself as to how well the stock shocks can be made to work.   Rear Starting at: $175.00
